An Assistant Sales Manager for Greenfield Deluxe Projects in Sta. Rosa, Laguna is responsible for creating sales strategies, promoting, and marketing the Greenfield Deluxe Projects through advertisements, open house events, and by participating in various sales and marketing initiatives.

This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity to work for a young entrepreneurial firm with a friendly and dynamic sales environment where you can earn an unlimited amount of income.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Achieving the monthly sales target by delivering sales from personal accounts
  • Generating leads and prospects to meet the requirements for quarterly sales production review
  • Conducting site viewing/tripping on a regular basis
Minimum Qualifications
  • Completed a Bachelor's/College degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record in client presentation and negotiation
  • Knowledge of basic budgeting, vendor relationships, contract and payment practices, and closing techniques
  • Ability to handle shifting and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Ability to work in project teams with a wide variety of individuals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills, including good judgment and resolution skills
