Associate Brand Manager, Marketing plays a critical role in helping the brand to analyze, develop and implement annual consumer brand marketing plans, contributing to the strategic plan development by understanding the consumer’s needs to drive relevance and loyalty to our brands, and then executing the plans with excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of consumer marketing experience, preferably with a Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods (CPG) corporation, and will support the brand by interfacing with key cross-functional and customer teams.
1. Analysis : Responsible for on-going analysis to understand business drivers, identify issues, and form data drivenrecommendations. Additionally perform in-depth analysis leveraging data from all available sources to develop strategic recommendations to achieve brand goals.
1. Consumer Communications: Actively participate in developing and managing consumer programs.
2. Innovation: Lead cross-functional teams to commercialize innovation.
3. Project Management : Lead designated brand initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups. Use entrepreneurial thinking to find new and better ways to accomplish goals. Drive for excellence in execution.
4. Insight Development: Leverage consumer insight translating them into actionable consumer driven marketing plans.
5. Internal Communication: Be the steward of the brand and clearly communicate brand plans, rallying internal partners behind brand initiatives.
6. Budgeting: Manage brand marketing budgets working with cross-functional partners, including finance.
7. Personal /People Development: Help maintain and ensure the great KDP culture thrives and own your personal development to grow in our organization.
+ MBA and Bachelor degrees from accredited institutions preferred
+ 2 years of consumer packaged goods/ consumer marketing experience
+ Strong project management skills
+ 2 years of use of Nielsen/IRI , or other syndicated data
