Pega is an industry leading low code platform for delivering enterprise ready customer relationship management, digital process automation, and business process management applications. Roles and Responsibilities:
Once trained in Pega you will:
Participate in DCO sessions - Understand and capture the requirements, process steps and objectives
Understand the requirements and provide high level solution design that is not only fit for purpose but also is world-class
Develop specifications and perform configuration/coding according to the deliverables
Work with Pega LSA to setup standards, guidelines
Work in agile methodology and support the iteration / project manager with stand-ups, burn-down, retrospectives etc
Work with LBA and client SMEs to obtain the sign-off of deliverables
Attend design workshops with interfacing applications and explain the interfacing requirements
Highlight risks and assumptions identified during the course of the project.
Work closely with automation/performance architect to cover end to end testing
Work closely with delivery teams of various applications in ensuring test alignment at the test case level
Escalate issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, and Resources) to the project / program manager.
Skills /Competencies: Essential:
Experience in working for a systems integrator or consulting organisations serving customers
Open to cross-skilling in low-code technologies such as Pega, Appian, Outystems.
Hands-on full-stack Java/J2EE or C#/ASP.Net, PHP programming skills, Spring, Spring Boot, Micro-services, Webservices experience
Experience building modern JS frameworks highly desirable using REACT JS
Experience in JIRA and Confluence.
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
3 - 8 years total Development experience.
Experienced in Agile Scrum or Agile Lean methodology.
Experience in Web API
Technical expertise in ODBC/JDBC
Experience with test-driven development, test automation & continuous integration/delivery
Experience in AWS cloud development and knowledge of cloud offerings/services and tools is preferred.
Experience in working in a team delivering using Agile methodology by collaborating with customers and partners.
Hands-on experience in understanding user stories and developing software that meets the definition of done.
Experience working in a global delivery model or distributed teams across locations to get common outcomes is preferred
Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
