This HEOR Director/Associate Director position will lead and manage health economics and outcomes research programs to ensure quality, time and budget deliverables to support Beigene’ products. To generate and disseminate scientific evidences that inform payers/patients/providers /policy-makers on the value propositions for our products. Work closely with other functional groups by providing HEOR leadership for Pharmacoeconomics, and health outcomes research, effectiveness and cost of medical treatment. Design methodologically sound studies to meet project objectives and regulatory and payer requirements. Conduct and supervise analyses, evaluation and reporting of studies, develop HEOR publications.
Essential Functions of the job:
A Ph.D. in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology or related discipline is preferred with 5+ years of related experience in Hematology/Oncology, or candidates with a master’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: PC literacy required; MSOffice skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Veeva)
Travel: Work related travel approximately 25-30%
