Job Description

The Role: • Develop and expand business opportunities locally and overseas for the sale of international properties and facilitate cross border property transactions
• Handle exhibition sales and ensure transactions are followed through with clients until and after contract signing
• Conduct meetings and presentations with clients
• Provide high-quality pre and post sales service to clients
• Build and maintain good relationships with developers and purchasers
• Maintain client database
Qualifications and Experience: • At least 5 years’ experience in international property market
• Experience of cross border property transaction projects in MNC an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin; other languages an advantage
• Excellent negotiating and influencing skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, confident and aggressive
• Able to work under pressure and multi-task
• Willing to work during weekends for exhibitions
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Director.
