Overview of job
Mindshare are seeking a Digital AD on Dyson account working across ANZ. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive their digital performance & journey in conjunction with our Search / Social / Programmatic and SEO execution specialists; and help shape the digital strategies on brand campaigns.

Reporting of the role This role reports to the Client Lead in Mindshare Australia.

Measures of success –

  • Owning the client to executional FAST team performance interface (FAST = Social / SEM / Programmatic / SEO).
  • Driving the direct performance to help meet ambitious y-o-y targets.
  • Reshaping stakeholder relationships by using data led insights to fuel better business decisions & creative development.

In three months, you would have:

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understood the fundamentals of the role & current digital performance + roadmap.

In six months, you would have:

  • Helped start driving performance to meet targets.
  • Started to shape / influence the digital roadmap.

In 12 months, you would have:

  • A story about how you transformed Dyson’s digital performance and journey to add to you CV.
  • A story about how you helped reshape parts of the agency – client relationship as a result.
  • Satisfaction from working with some great clients and ambitious, talented individuals.


Responsibilities of the role:

  • Engaging with FAST teams on a daily basis to ensure new campaigns are set up, creative and URLs is received, optimisations are being made etc.
  • Accessing all digital platforms to ensure audience, phasing etc are set up correctly and campaign is running as planned.
  • Sense check FAST digital plans to ensure delivering on brief.
  • Leverage digital insights from platforms to help inform responses across ANZ planning.
  • Write FAST template briefs, sense checking with Dyson AU before providing to Hub.
  • Help drive AU performance conversation on weekly WIP calls.
  • Explore new PMP & 3rdparty data opportunities.
  • Help negotiate new PMP deals.
  • Pull platform reporting data for Dyson AU on ad-hoc basis as required.
  • Liaise with 3 party attribution agency to understand performance gaps and opportunities.
  • Build strong working relationship with Google & FB reps.


What you will need:

  • Deep performance channel knowledge across the Google tech stack.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A relentless drive to help identify new digital opportunities & drive improvements.
  • A willingness to invest time in understanding a client’s business and to think about their immediate and longer-term challenges.
  • Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders, in more than one market.
