Position summary
The role will be based in Sydney and forms part of the broader team across APAC whom are responsible for providing subject matter expertise and support for the suite of services we currently offer. Through customer support and engagement, the individual will also be expected to identify areas of opportunity for our solutions to evolve in line with local requirements and demand.
The individual will be responsible for managing our existing customers, ensuring they are receiving optimal benefit of the services they are already using, additionally accountable for expanding our coverage of key local buy side and corporate entities.
Duties & accountabilities
The individual is expected to proactively manage their own workload across the various target deliverables. A network including local account management, regional sales and global product teams are both tools to leverage, but also stakeholders to manage. Expectations are the individual will make use of and keep these teams engaged in a regular and suitable manner.
A key component of the role will be interacting directly with our customers and helping define and deliver realistic project plans tailored to their business needs and immediate deliverables.This will require someone with an analytical mind-set and ability to project manage a number of initiatives at one time across various stakeholders both internally and externally.
Role Responsibilities
Increase user adoption
Drive increased adoption across key buy side and corporate entities in 2017, including winning new relationships and cross selling additional solutions to existing customers. Measures of success would include:- Top 25 Corporates using MCPM for a distinct solution (NEW)- Next 15 largest Managers using MCPM for a distinct solution (NEW)- Top 20 existing customers using new solution(s)This could be tracked and evidenced in regular management reporting and governance calls.
Customer satisfaction & engagement
Ensure bank customers are receiving a regular health check engagement, are making most of our solutions and thinking of us as a solutions provider. Measures of success would include:- Tangible increase in usage from each bank across services- At least one new initiative per bank identified and supported within 2017- Clear account plans for each bank in relationThis could be tracked and evidenced in quarterly call reports and associated project plan updates on a more frequent basis.
Cross Sell solutions
Responsible for “cross sell” opportunities in Australia. Identify & Qualify $500k of future real revenue opportunity and drive through to closure with support of local account management, regional sales and global product teams. This could be achieved with focus on the 5 domestic banks, and with the following additional services:- O360 (MIFID)- MTU- RFA- RFAThis could be tracked and evidenced with existing Sales tools.

Product development
Enhance knowledge of local regulatory challenges and how these apply or contrast with regional and global rules. Define and drive execution of a strategic roadmap for Australia, encompassing roll out of existing, and development of new solutions. Measures of success would include:- Rates of local adoption for a global initiative (ie O360)- Delivery of a local driven requirement (ie FX code of conduct)This could be tracked and evidenced in regular management reporting and governance calls.
