YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Customer Success drives software adoption, ensuring customers implement and run what they buy whilst safeguarding maintenance and subscription. Using our unparalleled expertise, we guide our customers throughout the entire lifecycle to make the benefits of digital transformation a reality, end to end.
The strength of our Centers of Expertise (CoE), as part of Customer Success, is to analyze customer solutions with 360° view on relevant components including application, database and technology, as well as engaging a strong back office support for every customer engagement, providing Expertise on Demand, instant resolution of top pain points and fast access to best practices/information plus instant quality assurance of recommendations and the improvement plan.
In the role of a support associate/support engineer, you will work in the Center of Expertise (CoE) with focus on HANA landscape infrastructure topics. Within a short time you will learn the SAP Solution secrets and gain a unique technical expertise.

YOUR PROFILE

  • An academic degree in natural, economic or engineering sciences, e.g. computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics
  • Very good analytical skills for solving complex problems
  • A structured, reliable and independent way of working even under pressure
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Knowledge in the field of programming (e.g. Java, C++, ABAP)
  • First hands-on experience in managing issues, scope and quality while bring projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Experience with RDBMS databases and SAP HANA is considered a big plus


WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Any practical experience in software development and SAP product knowledge is welcome but not mandatory. Any support experience and experience in managing customers would also be beneficial but is also not an elementary prerequisite.


ABOUT THE TEAM

Our team primarily focuses on

  • Database related topics like setup and performance optimization
  • Delivery of onsite and remote services for global customers with focus on landscape infrastructure performance and configuration topics
  • Analysis of complex SAP software solutions and technologies such as the SAP HANA Database Platform
  • Adaption of knowledge on new technologies in a consistently high dynamic changing environment
