Accountabilities:

  • Desire to work in fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Awareness that this is a 24x7 environment and a willingness to work across shifts during this time frame
  • Candidate will be a part of implementation and consulting team of M365 and will be responsible of administration and engineering O365 Suite related tasks (Exchange Online, Identity, SharePoint, Teams) such as implementing new systems or processes
  • Work on a variety of challenging and complex problems in a fast-paced production environment, both managing the production and directly supporting the clients. This requires fundamental understanding of how entire O365 Suite and its features work.
  • Candidates with five (5) or more years of experience will be preferred
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a consultant in O365 Suite and related technologies.
  • Monitor measure, report, analyze and systematically improve migration plan and to low downtime. This will require analytical skills and understanding on how the technology works.
  • The Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to SoftwareONE clients
  • The incumbent will assist with migrations, enhancements, and platform consolidations for enterprise customers.
  • Capability to design and execute roll back plan when required
  • Document deliverables will include but not limited to:
  • Discovery
  • Assessment
  • Transition
  • Execution

Skill Requirement:

  • Deployment Automation to save time and avoid repeated tasks
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft 365, and related services. This should include expertise in SharePoint online, OneDrive for Business and Teams. Knowledge on Intune, ATP, Exchange online and Power platform is a plus
  • Understanding Microsoft 365\Azure AD offerings, and develop transition and support plans to leverage services
  • Experience on 3rd party tools like, BitTitan, CM365, Sharegate, Mover, SharePoint migration tool

  • Candidate can architect and Plan for O365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Identity), M365, EMS Environment
  • Expert on O365, EMS, Intune and O365 Security components e.g. ATP IRM, RMS, DLP etc.
  • Experience of implementing Multi-Site distributed environment and having knowledge of migrations
  • Experience with creating, managing, and maintaining Exchange Hybrid Configuration in complex and Multidomain environment
  • Migrations (2k10/13/16/19, Lotus, GSuite to Exchange Online) knowledge with 3rd party tools is preferred
  • Experience with Implementation and configuration of Azure AD Connect and troubleshooting issues
  • Good Knowledge with supporting Active Directory Federation Services (or comparable SAML/SSO/Federation administration)
  • Candidate must be proficient with Migrations to SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams
  • Exceptional understanding of the following SharePoint components and how it works: Search Admin Component, SharePoint Server Hybrid, SharePoint Server Farm Topologies, App Server and Index Server, Load balancing, Performance factors
  • Migrations (SharePoint onprem 2k10/13/16/19, File Shares, GSuite to SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams) knowledge with 3rd party tool is preferred
  • Through Understanding of Microsoft Teams (non-voice) which includes Core understanding of Microsoft Teams and its underlying architecture, Org-wide Policies, Administration, Configuration, Admin / End User training and onboarding, Retention
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills is required and could easily automate the task.

  • MS-100: Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements
  • MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security
  • MS-500: Microsoft 365 Security Administration
  • MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams
  • MS-203: Microsoft 365 Messaging
