You know you are doing a good job when:
- You are doing daily operational in timely manner.
- You will not managing customers at the moment.
- You are preparing the reconciliation report for customers.
- You are submitting the soft and hard copy invoices and traffic reports to the customers.
- You are ensuring there are no invoice disputes.
- You are in charge of collecting payments, inform customers on upcoming due dates and send reminder on the late payments.
- You work together with CSM Team Lead, Regional Customer Success Manager and Collections team, prepares a strategy for critical customers with high debts.
- You are understand the processes and make changes to optimize the productivity.
