We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our Commercial Insurance team in Canberra .
In this role you will be advising businesses and professionals on a range of risks that arise from a potential or actual breach in negligence, contract or statute and that result in damage to a third party.
The ideal candidate with have 4 to 5 year's experience in running litigated files within a well-regarded insurance firm with experience in defendant liability claims. You will also have an interest in liability, negligence claims, litigation and/or dispute resolution, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
