Day-to-day execution of GCO SMS services, including Incentive Compensation (IC), Sales Force Automation (SFA), Promotional Operations, Sample Operations, and Contract Sales Management (CSM) in-country.
Responsibility will include providing the commercial organization one or more of the following services and support on a Country level depending on the needs of the business:
• Responsible for the operational administration of Promotional and Sample Operations for the commercial team. To enable this, the person must perform the administrative functions for data loading, processing, managing related system, coordinating with business, logistic, BT and vendor as well as providing Promotional & Sample reports.
• Responsible for the operational administration of Incentive plans for the field force. To enable this, the person must perform the administrative functions for data loading, processing, mapping/crediting, roll-up, validation, and eventually processing based on approved and compliant incentive plans as well as providing incentive reports.
• Responsible for the operational administration of GCO system, tool, application related to Promotional, Sample, Incentive Operation management such as Warehouse Management System (WMS), Sample Requisition System (SRS), Incentive Management System (ICM). To enable this, the person must perform the administrative functions for managing, maintaining, monitoring, updating, troubleshooting, training and supporting GCO Applications as well as providing better insights in term of data management to address the ongoing process of the projects based on business goals and needs. This included managing the daily routine operations and maintenance GCO software system/application as well as often the primary support for new requested capabilities.
