We are looking for a customer-oriented and ambitious team player with exceptional analytical and advisory skills to support our customers in the best way possible. You will take on full responsibility for your customer accounts. The tasks range from Technical Product Support to Strategic Customer Consulting. You can actively leverage your product and consulting expertise in customer onboarding and continuous customer management. Moreover, you will be responsible for a sustainable success of our customers resulting from a value-driven usage of LeanIX.

Translating customer feedback into product requirements
Challenging customers on their Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Native journey
WHAT IS OUR STACK?
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor/Master in IT Management, Business Informatics or similar field
Understanding of IT organizations, development of IT applications and IT operations in companies
Understanding of role of IT Management/Enterprise Architecture and of setup of Cloud Services
Experience in project management and project methods
Very good language skills in English and French, especially technical vocabulary
