Title:  S&PP Pricing and Profitability CoE Learning and Insights Lead

Career Level:  Associate Manager (L8)

Sales & Pricing Performance provides end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness, sales operations, and analytics services. S&PP partners with teams around the world to deliver insights, improve acumen and win profitable deals.

The Pricing & Profitability CoE  - Profitability Learning & Insights Lead sits within Accenture’s Sales & Pricing Performance Pricing Center of Excellence and supports the objective to raise overall pricing acumen and drive more profitable pricing behavior through education. This individual will work closely with other S&PP stakeholders and the Learning team to ensure effective execution of training programs.

Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Own and manage key relationships with Learning Delivery to support session planning and logistics management
  • Assist with faculty management by coordinating with Learning Delivery and serving as SME of faculty procurement
  • Work closely with Learning Coaches to understand and document session delivery questions and feedback
  • Build relationships with faculty team members and continue to grow faculty pool
  • Serve as key POC for ad hoc or tailored learning requests from Markets/Market Units/CGs/Services, etc.
  • Conduct research and develop content for The Price is Right Yammer feed
  • Review and update pricing collateral in alignment with Accenture’s priorities
  • Provide content updates for both internal (Pricing Awareness and Pricing Excellence) and external programs (Financial Acumen, Experienced Hire, etc.)
