We are looking for an Associate Manager to join our growing team.

The Regional Associate Manager of Customer Insight Analytics will play a key role in the Customer Service and Experience team. The position will be reporting to the Regional Head of Customer Service. He/She is responsible for accurate data collection, processing, and analysis to deliver deep market and customer insights and drive the effective use of these insights to enhance performance and overall customer experience. Location based in Bekasi area.

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with the Customer Service and Customer Experience Teams
  • Provides insight in to customer behaviors
  • Identifies opportunities to improve overall customer experience
  • Manages reports about key performance metrics
  • Assists in providing data for manpower forecasting

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical background
  • Have a strong understanding of how to deal with data and what to do with the analytical output
  • Experience of interpreting data and providing actionable insight
  • Confident in presenting complex, technical data in an easily digestible way to senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge in Customer Service and Reporting Tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, SalesForce, Tableau, QlikSense)
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Computer background is a plus
