Position Summary:
If you are an experienced and successful business development rep and want to grow into management, we have a great opportunity for you! We have an opening on our marketing team that will be a training ground for our B2B sales force - the next step in growing as a leader in the field of business development. In this role you will be given the opportunity to learn and develop your management skill with the goal of moving to the next level of B2B sales, while collaborating across multiple departments.

What You Will Do:
+ Recruit, train, motivate and coach a group of junior & senior TDRs in best demonstrated practices in lead development / pre-sales, pushing our team to greater impact:

+ Examples include email, phone, and chat using sales enablement tools to connect with new prospects and current client

+ Propose, demonstrate and prove new best practices, pushing our team to greater impact
+ Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce.com
+ Acquire in depth knowledge of our full range of services and convey that knowledge to potential clients, adhering to company messaging and positioning
+ Acquire / generate qualified business leads
+ Cold call, engage with and develop prospects to be closed by Sales team in an effort to supplement your team’s outbound prospecting
+ Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VPs, Directors and C-suite personnel
+ Acquire in depth knowledge of our full range of services and convey that knowledge to potential clients, adhering to company messaging and positioning
What You Will Need:
+ A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required; two plus years of business development or sales experience
+ Management experience leading a team to success
+ A tenacious work ethic
+ A proven record of establishing and exceeding measurable goals in a highly automated environment demonstrated impact delivering high quality leads to Sales
+ Energy and passion and are process oriented yet creative
+ The desire to meet and exceed quota on a monthly basis
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Previous sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience
+ Outstanding organizational and time management skills
+ The temperament of a self-starter that is highly motivated and self-driven
+ The ability to maintain a high call rate and to assess prospect’s “fit”
