Responsible for managing the Associate Network Administration to assure all information in relation to our Associate Network is up to date and complete.
Provides day-to-day support to our Client Services team, Sales team and Operational team on specific questions and/or price quotes related to Associate Services.
Recommends changes to improve quality and cost of our IPG Associate Network.
Responsible for Quality assurance of our Associate network, monitors SLA’s and will follow-up invoicing.
Workflow Management: Follows-up the mailbox daily and monitors Salesforce continuously to assure a timely response to client’s questions (internal and external). Ensures a quality metrics is set-up to monitor the SLA’s of our Associate network. Reports weekly to the Head of Vendor Management to discuss issues. Prepares administrative reports. Verifies a predefined number of associate products on accuracy and completeness.
Problem resolution: Partners with Manager, Quality Lead and colleagues to investigate, mitigate and ultimately resolve problems related to our Associate network and impacting our Customers and/or colleagues.
Scope and Impact:
Is responsible for timely and accurate information on our Associate network. Sets own priorities to ensure task completion and coordinates work activities. Core task consists of Associate Network administration but may occasionally assist the operational team with its associate related work if needed.

Technology: The ability to use a range of current technologies (i.e. Microsoft Office, Webex, Jabber, SharePoint, NetSuite etc.) to work effectively.
Product: The ability to understand the business context in which the company operates; this includes a basic understanding of the company's offerings and a deep understanding of the Associate Network and its added value for the IPG products.
Communication: The ability to communicate effectively and tactfully face to face, in video conferences, in telephone conversations and in writing. Effectively communicates with staff, peers, managers and clients. Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Time Management: Strong knowledge and application of the tools and techniques of time management to establish priorities and manage workload; ability to achieve intended outcomes within allocated timeframes and resources; ability to effectively multitask.
