The Integration and Apps Product team at TIBCO is responsible for building best-in-class products and services that let users quickly and efficiently connect data, systems and APIs together and deploy them on-premises, private/public cloud or to devices.
We are looking for someone with a lot of curiosity and a strong interest in solving problems to join us and help manage some of our core products that are used by a majority of the world’s leading banking, airline, telco, logistics and retail companies. Must love talking to users of all levels to understand what will help them succeed!
● Focus on Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) and/or Business Process Management (BPM).
●Passionate about solving enterprise business problems at scale.
●Define the product roadmap based on strategic goals, competitive landscape and customer needs.
●Identify the right use cases, define product features, requirements and create detailed user stories.
●Closely work with the product engineering team to prioritize features & product improvements, help create product release plans and deliver based on the product roadmap.
●Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including cross functional teams, customers and partners.
●Engage with some of TIBCO's most complex and largest customers to help them be successful, identify gaps, pain points as well as generate new ideas. Define creative solutions and features to address such gaps or incorporate new ideas into the product adding more value.
●Create product demonstrations, conduct product workshops and present product strategy, updates to customers and partners.
● Perform market research, examples include reviewing: relevant open-source projects, ecosystem and tooling; Industry-specific blogs / Analyst research; Competitor offerings.
?Bachelors or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.
?2 or more years in Software Development or as a Technical / Solution Consultant in a customer facing responsibility with a strong technical background.
?Hands-on experience developing APIs, Integration Applications and/or BPM workflows.
?Has an understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON, and Messaging Protocols .
?Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
?Ability to effectively articulate both product requirements and customer feedback.
Good to Have:
?Skills and/or experience with iPaaS, BPM, and API Management Platforms.
