Role:

1) Achieve Group Sales target across all lines of business through:
- Acquisition of new business
- 100% retention and development of existing clientele
2) People Management: 
- Guiding and mentoring new members towards achieving Regional targets
- Constant Review and Monitoring of team members towards achievement of business objectives
- Lead and motivate the team to provide a competitive and high morale environment 
3) Customer Orientation: 
- Manage relationships with corporate clients at a senior delegate level to develop and expand business opportunity
4) Strategic Thinking: 
- Being the core team member of the zone, he/she will start planning and strategising towards achieving business objective for the assigned region
- Provide key strategic inputs to the Zonal Manager and the HoD
- Improve Market share/ ranking in the Zone
- Manage Sales and Profitability targets of the Region
5) Excellence: 
- Ensure implementation of company policies and guidelines
- Ensure 100% SDA Score
