The incumbent will be responsible to devise the strategy of the company to build a strong portfolio in Affinity space. The roleholder will then work with Zonal managers to ensure achievement of topline and bottomline targets for the channels. It is the responsibility of the roleholder to ensure that the constant diversification of group business portfolio into lower risk segments is on track while adhering to the requirement of profitability.-Acquisition of new partners to improve distribution scale and spread.-Achieve GWP targets with the assigned and acquired partners-Strategy to deepen the acquired relationships and gain mindshare of the channel partners.-Train develop and motivate partner sales and service team members to achieve the functional goals-Market Intelligence
