Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily operations support for Youth Service Team, including Youth Bookings, and answering Guest enquiries (via phone call/ emails), and issuing sales agreements
  • Assist Youth events execution which includes briefings to helpers and related administrative works. Printing certificates for DGD and DPA, or any other special events.
  • Preparing related documents and material for operation use, communicating with Guest of pre and post event arrangements, and coordinating with internal partners, consolidating of varied information, data and comments from other departments
  • Support Sales Team, including assisting Sales Managers in mailing marketing collaterals
  • Manage the team’s marketing materials, including maintain and update stock records about twice a month in order to have a better control of the amount used. Also, arranging the delivery of programs materials like DGD hats, albums and certificates

Basic Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year working experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, time management, organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and effectively provide solutions and decision making to support the needs of the clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows, including Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing.
