  • Manage overall business end-to-end analyses; identify, prioritize, track, and present key operational, business and growth metrics.
  • Drive sales and monetization activities by building business success strategy, deep understanding product knowledge, and execution. 
  • Maintain day to day business and product performance based on targeted metrics.
  • Focused on solving market problem and success rate of the business. 
  • Set a vision and strategy that is focused on product value, growth and user experience, owning the overall analytic, market insight and solutions related to business and user.
  • Manage sophisticated relationships with market, gain trusted relationship with market by providing value throughout the customer partnership.
  • Develop and maintain product expertise, including best practices to provide value to market
  • Foster Data driven methodology and practice in the company
  • Generate recommendations and drive insights to execution. Engage with Product and Business team to develop new feature and product improvement.


Qualifications

  • >2 years of experience in Consulting, Strategic Business, Customer facing roles.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Marketing
  • Strong empathy to market needs, product solving and user experience.
  • Proven expertise developing and productizing data for solving diverse business challenges and creating significant value, experience with deep learning of business and market data is a must.
  • Leadership skills and experience in building and maintaining a high performing, customer-focused, and fun team-culture
  • Skill at building relationships across the organization and engaged with market, becoming a trusted, sought-after partner
  • Talent in analytical storytelling with exceptional ability to convey complex analytical results to business stakeholders in relevant and accessible language.
  • Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
