Your Purpose

Exciting opportunity to join our Growth Marketing team as a Junior Marketing Analyst! In this role, you'll contribute and support the planning and development of marketing campaigns focused on our direct communication channels (email marketing, push notification, in-app messages, etc), assisting in their flawless execution to achieve our business objectives.
You'll have the chance to work with cutting-edge marketing technology while collaborating closely with different teams.

Who You Are

  • Proven English fluency.
  • Sense of ownership, dedication, commitment and proactive profile to support the whole team.
  • Highly structured and detail oriented
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus as well as growing, engaging with, and analyzing the performance campaigns (especially emails, push notifications and in-app messages)
  • Basic understanding on the creation and development of marketing campaigns, best practices, data and result analysis.
  • While prior experience is preferred, we encourage enthusiastic individuals with a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, and basic knowledge of A/B testing concepts if possible
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to details.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in building flawless communication journeys from scratch.
  • Contribute in the production and execution of email, push and in-app campaigns.
  • Support various strategic initiatives through manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
  • Assist in building target audiences and segments to enhance engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals.
  • Utilize customer data to personalize message contents and drive engagement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of A/B tests, monitoring results, and providing insights for improvements.
  • Support in regular campaign performance reports, including metrics such as opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, unsubscribes, etc.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute with ideas for innovative communication tactics.
  • Explore opportunities for program improvement through new platforms, tools, and market best practices.
