Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for servicing and maintaining strong relationships with Citi customers, resolving customers’ queries and decreasing financial risk (anti-money laundering activities)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages customer queue and diverts traffic to appropriate channels
  • Provide support to USB Juniors, especially during surge in clients, except for Account Opening
  • Take responsibility/custodianship of branch reports, keys, cabinets, drawers, documents
  • Provides coaching to new USB Juniors
  • Perform adhoc tasks such as reports creation, branch clean-ups, callbacks, among others
  • Work closely with the Branch Support teams to ensure proper implementation of regional and country initiatives and project

Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience in branch frontline role
  • Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Verbal Reasoning – ability to understand and draw accurate conclusions from written or verbal information e.g. identify key facts quickly
  • Calculation – ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply numbers quickly and accurately, which is critical to tasks involving calculations and estimation, as well as auditing and checking the numerical work of others
  • Checking – ability to compare information quickly and accurately which is critical to ensuring the quality of work
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player with good relationship management skills and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and organized
