Job Description

This role requires you to lead and coordinate employees across functions, third-party partners, and suppliers to close new and renewal business opportunities related to Xtremax services. You will drive business opportunities by managing pre-sales/sales activities and ensuring the transition of business opportunities through the Xtremax bidding process.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end bidding/tender process by developing the plan and manage the team to achieve the deliverables in an effective and efficient manner
  • Analyse qualification of opportunities with the Business Development team and monitor the stages during the engagement/tender process
  • Responsible for high-quality BQ/proposal development, preparation, and submission
  • Perform effective engagement with bid stakeholders, customers and partners for bid submission
  • Establish a pricing structure that meets business target margins and gains internal approvals for customer submission
  • Understand customers’ requirements, business environment and complexity to formulate bid win strategies and value proposition for proposals
  • Manage and negotiate with partners and vendors on commitments and commercial terms
  • Track sales leads and opportunities
  • Formulate sales strategies and communicate progress regularly and clearly to senior management and stakeholders ensuring that major issues are escalated and addressed



  • Strong project and people management skills to establish credibility internally necessary for managing cross-functional teams.
  • A sound understanding of the IT software/infrastructure industries
  • Effective communicator and presenter
  • Full understanding of the sales cycle


  • Degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business with minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Experience in IT software/infrastructure industry with relevant role
  • Must be effective both as an individual and in teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
