• The Branch Manager facilitates the flow of information between branch office, Head of Sales & BD B2C, and Head of Sales & BD B2B
  • He/She is responsible for overseeing and driving the efficiency of sales and the consolidation of sales updates within the respective branch
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Meet goals and metrics
  • Coordinate sales effort amongst local sales teams in line with strategic direction
  • Provide guidance on sales approach and techniques, assist in rectifying customer issues (where required)
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
  • Assisting with customer service and satisfaction
