Managing a team of 9 to drive sales, customer relationship and capitalizing on lifetime value.
Devise action plan for the branch and ensure liabilities business target for the branch is met.
Handle all activities of branch with strong leadership skills and service orientation
Responsible for the administration and effective daily operation of full service branch , including CASA lending, product sales, customer service, safety and security in accordance with bank objectives.
Coach and mentor field officers - Maintenance of branch assets -Access and monitor portfolio quality and loan limit.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate strictly should be from Banking background under CASA domain.
Must have good market knowledge about Bangalore
Current profile as ABM, BSM, BM and priority RM can be considered.
Knowledge of full suite of products offered by Consumer Bank (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments) is mandatory.
Ability to develop business strategy (markets, locations, people, sales ) and implement the same to meet business goals and should have aggressive sales approach.
