Position related to sales and marketing of Merck products, maximizing the value of product sales, and identifying and promoting partnerships and new business opportunities.

You will

  • Manage product portfolios, ensuring their optimal position with regard to strategic, scientific and economic aspects.
  • Be responsible for establishing marketing strategies, identifying markets and opportunities, and determining the feasibility of product development.
  • Draw up, and align with their immediate superior, the Marketing Plan and product launch plans within the therapeutic area, based on marketing, sales, economic and financial aspects.
  • Constantly study the evolution of the general and pharmaceutical market, with special attention to the therapeutic classes in which the company participates directly or indirectly, and proposing development and/or contingency strategies for each product and/or client.
  • Define, coordinate and establish policies, strategies and actions relating to the product, price, distribution and promotion variables.
  • Participate in drawing up plans and strategies, preparing and proposing sales budgets and profitability targets associated with the proposed strategies, constantly maintaining a projection level for one, two and three years or in accordance with specific requirements.
  • Establish a solid relationship with medical societies, opinion leaders in the therapeutic field.
  • Develop and/or adapt promotional campaigns to the reality of the local market.

Who you are

  • University Degree in marketing/engineering/business administration or related courses.
  • Experience as a Brand/Product Manager in the sector or similar experience.
  • Advanced English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in pharmaceutical market audits (DRs, Agreements, Ad Hoc)
  • Negotiation and interpersonal relations skills
