Our mission is to empower strategic FMCG brands in growing their brands and business in the No. 1 E-commerce platform in Indonesia and SEA.
This is a high-profile role for a top priority strategic category to grow, with direct interface with our CEO and our regional management team as well as external interface primarily with the C-level executives of top FMCG companies
This role is responsible for growing global strategic FMCG brands and build sustainable partnership with. The strategic brand diversifies such as health & beauty, mother & baby, and other FMCG commercial brands. We are always looking for amazing people to enrich the team!

Job description

1. Managing relationships with Lazada's biggest brands who are key players in their respective industries
2. Developing cross-functional strategy to grow sellers’ business and ensure smooth operations
3. Working with marketing team to run dedicated online campaigns for the sellers
4. Collaborating with local and regional category managers to develop a wide assortment without losing focus on revenue growth
5. Managing pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key products offered by the sellers
6. Negotiating deals with sellers and working with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree from a leading university
2. Young, energetic personality with good analytical skills
3. 2-3 years of retail experience in Indonesia – buying or account management in the FMCG is a big plus
4. Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
5. Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
6. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Macros) and PowerPoint
7. Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person
8. Good English communication skill
