This is a high-profile role for a top priority strategic category to grow, with direct interface with our CEO and our regional management team as well as external interface primarily with the C-level executives of top FMCG companies
This role is responsible for growing global strategic FMCG brands and build sustainable partnership with. The strategic brand diversifies such as health & beauty, mother & baby, and other FMCG commercial brands. We are always looking for amazing people to enrich the team!

Job description

1. Full responsibility of category Profit & Loss
2. Define sales growth strategy in large portfolio of subcategories, and assortment evolution
3. Monitor & evaluation of key category growth performance indicators
4. Understanding of category offline trends and identify commercial opportunities
5. Conduct detail analysis on actionable plans to identify areas of improvement on category performance
6. Establishing relationships and driving negotiations with leading merchants
7. Responsible for the growth performance of accounts within category
8. Management of seller communication programs and Initiatives
9. Negotiations top deals with sellers for various customer engagement tools
10. Analyzing big sets of data on performance of existing partnerships
11. Develop campaign proposals with merchandiser to achieve sales targets
12. Develop strong Seller and brand partnerships in collaboration with other business units
13. Responsible for the category and seller performance during campaigns

Job requirements

1. Positive attitude towards meeting tight deadlines and going the extra mile
2. Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance and/or Marketing
3. 6-7 years’ experience in e-commerce, retailer or Brand
4. Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
5. Entrepreneurial and creative mindset with well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills
6. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
