About the Role

Our platform interacts with uniquely configured Implementation stacks which are inherently varied and complex. Our customers cover diverse industries and they rely on Equus Software to train them on deploying our Global Mobility software. We have the privilege of working with some of the world’s largest companies, providing them with apps and tools to effectively manage their business travelers and global employees (expatriates).

Hours: 7 pm to 4 am and 12 pm to 9 pm Manila time supporting US/UK clients

Job purpose

As a Business Analyst at Equus Software, you will be part of a team supporting world class clients. The focus of the role is to provide innovative solutions and solve problems to meet the client’s requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Translates business requirements into solutions
  • Transitions requirements of a developed solution into a support model
  • Identifies and documents issues, risks, and opportunities related to requirements
  • Supports clients in solutions to issues and questions
  • Resolves issues and provides clear communications to leader or client as appropriate
  • Clarifies issues, facts, figures, potential causes and effects
  • Partners with appropriate team members to research and find solutions
  • Develops test cases and executes quality assurance test plans
  • Configures and tests Equus software products; including but not limited to, core system and company configuration, cost estimate configuration, compensation calculation, compensation worksheets, payroll system configuration, quick workflows and checklists, data dictionary overrides, client data imports, merge documents and email templates, widgets, and user report creation
  • Participates in the preparation of client webinars, conferences, demos and other presentations to both clients and internal Equus team
  • Develops strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Seeks out information about both the relocation/global mobility industry and software industries, and applies that knowledge to day to day activities
  • Builds expertise with AssignmentPro, PinPoint and other Equus products as appropriate
  • Contributes to the Equus community - developing competency with Equus products

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or similar fields
