The Senior Business Analyst will make significant contributions to a broad range of high impact programs/projects/initiatives designed to support Engineering & Smart Grid, the business, and improve the overall effectiveness of the organization.
The Senior Business Analyst is part of the Change & Business Transformation Organization (CBTO) will be accountable for execution of change, communication, and training programs that help to ensure the success and effectiveness of change initiatives within the Engineering & Smart Grid Department.
The Senior Business Analyst, will work with the appropriate Engineering & smart Grid leaders, organizational leaders, program/project managers, and other business stakeholders to ensure effective change & business transformation strategies are utilized to help employees transition from the current state to the desired future state based on program/project goals. The Senior Business Analyst is accountable for the execution of change management, communication, and training deliverables which may include providing oversight to other CBTO resources assigned to the program/project.
This individual should be a critical thinker with a proven history of task execution/management who is able to:
· Understand and manage execution of change, communications, and training tasks for large-scale, transformational programs as well as smaller, focused projects.
· Identify complex risks/issues associated with implementing change on Engineering & Smart Grid programs/projects/initiatives and raise them to project leadership to determine solutions.
· Work with other project team members and business partners to effectively complete CBTO deliverables such as stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, establishing and mobilizing change networks, and drafting and organizing communications such as road shows, facilitating process & procedural changes as applicable, lunch and learns, newsletter articles, talking points, etc.
· Assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer for new CBTO resources.
· Track and report project and deliverable status.
· Execute on multiple large-scale projects at the same time.
· Build strong relationships and deliver change & business transformation support consistently
This position reports to Manager Strategic Planning

Organizational Change Management Development and Delivery
· Drive the creation of organizational change management deliverables, applying tools and approaches that drive adoption and commitment to organizational change initiatives
· Work with Manager Strategic Initiatives to manage project expectations, scope, alignment, and reporting
· Perform, manage, and appropriately document change and business transformation management activities relating to projects, sub-projects, or processes and procedures
· Partner with project managers and appropriate levels of leadership to gather relevant content, required to create change and business transformation management deliverables
· Lead and support the development and execution of CBTO deliverables and activities, including but not limited to: Change Plan and Timeline, Change Strategy and Plan, Change Readiness Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Change Impact Assessment, Sponsorship Plans, Communications Strategy and Plan, Training Curriculum, Training Plan, Change Measurement Approach and Change Measurement Tool Execution, and Project Closeout
· Design and develop communications and training with visually appealing graphic content to achieve organizational change strategies and objectives
· Identify and prioritizes change-related issues and risks, define action plans, and lead mitigation techniques

Position requires routine interaction with key internal and external stakeholders, executives, directors, managers and staff across the organization.

Project management skills (PMP certification a plus)
Leadership Development certification (e.g., HPT)
Experience/knowledge of Organizational Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools. Able to identify who is impacted by a change and how.
Visual and graphic design expertise and ability to efficiently translate complex messaging into user-friendly deliverables including but not limited to infographics, newsletters, and presentations using tools such as MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with organizational change efforts.
Able to plan, develop and deliver creative, visually impactful, consistent messages in a systematic, ongoing manner, involving the right people at the right time.
Experience influencing and shaping leadership decision making, ensuring leaders are committed to goals, aligned with program plans, and mobilized to provide active and visible sponsorship.
