Analyze business processes in the Trade to Cash chain, perform requirements gathering, ensure clear and proper documentation of processes and requirements.
Implementation of trading system: work closely with key users to understand, analyze and document business processes and requirements such as: i) trade capture and mark to market functionalities. ii) Purchase and sales contracts matching iii) key reports such as daily P/L iv) Interface with accounting and other systems. v) Data migration to new system.
Manage all communications between users, project team and IT vendors and consultants regarding system functionalities and needs, socialize solutions and decisions to users.
Ensure delivery of key functionalities as identified by the project teams in conjunction with key users, policies team, IT team and vendors on a timely basis.
Participate in systems evaluations and the selection process, engage in gap analysis efforts.
Consistently monitor systems and review business processes with the view to improve efficiency and productivity and enhance controls.
Work with Policy and Monitoring team to ensure that appropriate controls and approved business processes are in place, ensure consistency across the different locations and countries.
