As the Scrum Business Analyst you are the central interface / mediator between the input channels (e.g. product management, clients and compliance, etc.) and the software development

  • You are responsible for the analysis of functional requirements and the development of concepts, epics, user stories and specifications for the implementation

  • The business analyst is supporting the generation of functional and technical concepts and documents processes and systems

  • You act as the functional lead in the SDLC process and you have the delivery responsibility of the assigned topics and projects

  • Must have knowledge and experience of software development lifecycle/project methodologies

  • Leading of small and mid-size projects

  • Must be organized and have effective communication skills

  • Must have effective time management skills

  • Experience in designing and defining workflows, processes and software architecture by using documentation standards like UML based on the requirements of the product management and clients.

  • Knowledge of MS Office and collaboration tools like JIRA / Confluence (Atlassian)

 Job Requirements

  • BS/BA in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. Master degree in Computer Science preferred. 3-5+ years of related IT experience

  • Bachelor Degree at College of Engineering and Technology or equivalent work experience.

  • Knowledge in revolving credit/credit cards/banking industry

  • Work independently, with a high degree of responsibility

  • Work well under timely pressure and to meet deadlines

  • Excellent logical analysis skills and problem solving

  • Ability to write clear and concise documents

  • Fluent English required -- ability to capture requirements from telephone calls and to stand in for given solutions

  • Quick learner, eager to leverage new technologies in a dynamic team environment
