About the role:

For the EMEA Global Business Services team, located in Kerkrade, The Netherlands, we are seeking a business analyst customer invoices disputes with successful experience in customer operations and/or credit and collection.

The GBS customer disputes business analyst ensures the efficient and quick resolution of our customer invoices disputes by investigating the root causes and implementing definitive solution in partnership with Local Customer Care Teams. The analyst will be in direct contact with our customers so will represent the GBS & BSCI values. In addition, the analyst supports and implements process optimization and is in charge of analytical reporting.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Investigation and resolution of customer invoices disputes
  • Managing the customers invoices disputes by creating strong partnership with Local Customer Care Teams and Credit and Collection teams
  • Monitoring the customer invoices disputes by creating and publishing regular reports
  • Identifying root cause of customer invoices disputes and implementing corrective plan to avoid recurrent disputes
  • Analyzing the current process and implementing/supporting optimization
  • Supporting new projects as scope transition, automation & tools implementation

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent in French (ideally native) & English
  • 2 years experience in customer service/operations with direct contact with customers - ideally in medical/pharmaceutical industry
  • Must be able to build strong partnership with our customers and our internal customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong experience with SAP/ERP & Microsoft office
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-driven and results-oriented; must be able to perform with limited guidance and direction
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills working in international environment
  • Ideal applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure
  • Education level: HBO, preferably (International) Business Management
  •  LEAN thinking mind/ continuous improvement attitude
  • Small to medium size project management experience
  • Service Cloud and/or Get paid experience
  • Other European language verbal & written communication skills
