What are your responsibilities as a Business Analyst? 

Be a Salesforce SME!

The sales team will lean on you to be more efficient when using Salesforce CRM. You will be one of the regional CRM business analyst, who can/will recommend changes in view of productivity gains. You will be a key member in any Salesforce improvement projects covering primarily Agent businesses. You will be reporting to the Business Systems & Solutions Manager under the Sales Ops Team in the Marketplaces Business Unit.

Be a Sales Process Guru!

You will assist the Business Systems and Solutions Manager to realise the Go-To-Market Capability roadmap for the organisation by working closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Tech Support teams and discovering opportunities for improvements to sales processes which will help the company scale flexibly.

You will need to make qualified recommendations and define business requirements through holding user workshops and writing detailed user stories and business requirement documents. You will be conducting UAT testing and roll out training and communication on new features.

You will also have the opportunity to lead small scale projects.

Your end goal is to turn big or small business problems into business solution.

Be a Sales Support Guru!

You will be rendering daily operational support to the sales teams, ultimately help our sales to close deals and ensure compliance. In the process you are also able to discover gaps in our processes and iteratively provide requirements for future improvements.

Key skills and qualifications of the Business Analyst role:

  • You must possess a diploma/degree, Business Administration or Information Technology or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any other similar discipline is a plus.
  • You must be attention to detail, flexible and be a fast learner, also able to be adaptive to ever changing business environment
  • Strong analytical skills, communicate effectively with excellent teamwork skills
  • Possess a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to clearly articulate and document processes in detail especially when working with the stakeholders in documenting business requirements and business process flowcharts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel) and have a strong command of the English language.
  • Product Owner, Scrum Master or Salesforce Administration Certified is a plus
  • Experience in Developer/Agent/E-commerce/Customer Service business operations is a plus
  • Experience in Service marketplaces is a plus
