Job Summary :

Business Analyssis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in user acceptance test (UAT) to cover necessary testing criteria and provide production support on New Business, POS and Claim system issues to Operations users.

  • Gather and prepare user’s requirement and coordinate with IT on system design.

  • Involve in project initiatives or new product launching that related to New Business functions in term of system modifications.

  • Coordinate / follow up with user, IT and vendor for project initiation, implementation and post-implementation to complete project as plan.

  • Process daily, weekly or monthly management reports or any ad hoc reports and data file.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT - related fields

  • Knowledge of insurance business would be an advantage

  • Can use command the advance Excel and/or Access or SQL Tool or VB.net

  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English
