Business Analyst

Our RBWM Business Implementation team is seeking an experienced business analyst to support strategic projects to improve customer experience by expanding and enhancing our digital servicing propositions across all channels. These projects include (but not limited to):

  • Building out our SMS capability to make it easier for customers to interact with us.

  • Implementing a customer interaction management system that captures and tracks all customer interactions and requests so that we can proactively serve our customer needs.

  • Other projects that will be undertaken by the Customer Experience scrum team.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can assist us in bringing this ambition to life.

Your main responsibilities will include;

  • Working in an Agile scrum team to deliver customer experience  projects.

  • Expanding high level prioritised requirements.

  • Working closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to get clarity on the requirements

  • Grooming user stories along with acceptance criteria.

  • Driving 3-way handshake with testers and developers :

    • requirements prior to development

    • test cases to ensure full coverage over acceptance criteria

  • Validate changes in production post release (strategic)

  • Data analysis and making suitable recommendations on the project’s requirements management, design, change management and implementation management.

  • Balancing governance requirements as well as meeting deliverables in an efficient and thorough manner.

  • Build effective working relationships with analysis and design teams in our delivery partners and works well with external partners.

  • Conducting one-off business research and analysis tasks as required which will be related to the project scope.

  • Obtain necessary sign offs and approvals to meet governance and risk management protocols.




To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • 2-5 years agile project experience and digital servicing platforms.             

    • Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering and design techniques.

    • Demonstrated experience in change & implementation management techniques and approaches.

    • Outstanding analytical, consulting and/or project management skills.

    • Experience in Financial Services industry highly desirable

    • Strong team approach, “can do” attitude and ability to work in a high performing team and working collaboratively to meet tight deadlines.
