About the Role
In this opportunity as Business Data Analyst, you will:

*List 5-7 responsibility areas:

  • Serves as a primary resource for sales and account management teams to understand content/product offerings, business policies, commissions, order processing, credits, promotions, incentives and procedures and assists in problem solving all issues.
  • When necessary and appropriate, communicates pricing and product information to customers directly.
  • Consults with management on the effect of policies and procedures on business goals and assists in developing and implementing policy and procedure changes in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Completes administrative tasks as directed by Sales Operations management, which may include reviewing customer facing collateral material.
  • Maintains and enhances internal Sales related communication systems.
  • Conducts product, policy and sales tool training to sales professionals regarding content, pricing, and promotions.
  • Serves as a consultant on best practices and knowledge sharing related to new products and promotions.
  • May provide logistical support for national and regional sales meetings and other events as needed.
