Business Development Director - Drug Discovery CRO
This position will be tasked with building a Global Business Development footprint for an innovative Discovery CRO. The position is highly autonomous and will have a heavy strategic focus. The company are in an exciting period of growth and looking to onboard talented individuals to sustain their development.
Manage strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations activities
Manage sales functions of the business
Provide feedback to company leadership on sales related topics
Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets - providing a strategy for global sales
Qualifications & experience:
5+ years selling CRO services
Demonstrated experience of success selling non-GMP services
Masters degree highly preferable - in Chemistry or related field
A strong technical understanding of bringing a drug through discovery to development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
