Job Description

  • Expand company services/solutions
  • Helping the team grow customer base
  • Formulates appropriate digital marketing campaign structures measurement solutions against goals (ROI and KPIs) with a manager.
  • Collect data on users, competitors, and industry-wide and consolidate information into a presentation, reports, and actionable suggestions.
  • Deliver required digital marketing projects, in collaboration with internal and external partners, on time and on budget
  • Collect competitors data, market trends, and business opportunity to support manager analysis
  • Compile and analyze statistical data using modern or traditional methods to obtain them.
  • Perform valid and reliable SWOT and marketing material both for internal and external uses.
  • Understand strengths and weaknesses of each digital media and know how to achieve the goal by combining them.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of Experiences working in customer touchpoint
  • Proven track of market research and analysis experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good at MS Excel or related spreadsheet applications.
  • Web analytics tool and mobile application analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel is a plus.
  • Knowledge in CRM concept and basic skill in CRM programs.
  • Good in English both oral and written.
  • International especially Japanese and South East Asia markets knowledge is a plus.
  • BS Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
  • Know how to code in any programming language is a big plus.
