Duties & responsibilities:
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
•Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
•Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
•Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
•Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
1.Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2.Responsible for the performance and development of all sales activities
3.Prowess in selling solutions and managed services
4.Building Channel partners for software and hard wares
5.Travelling Abroad attending and presenting exhibition
6.Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
7.Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
8.Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
9.Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
10.Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all prospect leads submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain the maximum profit margin.
11.Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted to partners and clients.
12.Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
13.Assists Pre-sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations.
14.Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
15.Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client Satisfaction.

16.Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
