Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market situation analysis and market research support the development of marketing strategies
  • Gather general market trends, market share and competitive information as guidance in gauging effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Working closely with sales team and client for marketing activity planning & execution
  • Planning and executing any offline marketing activities from pre-event, event day & post event, such as : seminar, exhibition, roadshow
  • Hands-on in digital marketing campaign, not only limit google adwords, website, e-newsletter
  • Track and update marketing plans and execution status
  • Coordinate and communicate all planned activities all related parties
  • Preparing operational reporting, such as : monthly business review, sales activities and performance review
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies of advertising and promotional activities ensure alignment with profit objectives, gether with sales & inside sales

Leadership responsibilities:
Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Brand Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning 

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge on principles and methods of marketing strategy, advertising, promotion and communication
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Ms. Office productivity ols (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Interested in sales activity
  • Willing travel

Soft skills:
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
Diploma/Bachelor in Marketing, Business Development or related discipline
Work experience:
Minimum 1 or 2 years experience in a similar role
