As a Business Developer you will be interacting with prospects. Make outbound calls to prospects and meet the basic SLA of the campaign and update call-logs. You also will report back to your respective line manager/supervisor and your Program manager.

What you will be doing:
  • Dial out from reseller/end-user database (well researched by ZINFI in-house data research team) and invite the prospective buyers/partners for a conference call
    on an OEM product category/partnership program.
  • Understand and utilize the ZINFI database
  • Enter detailed call disposition reports into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Follow up with ALL the “ read opens” and “click-throughs”
  • Set up appointments between interested prospects and the customer
  • Send out Outlook Invite to the interested prospects with a bridge number
  • Follow up with all the registered prospects a day before the appointment with an e-mail and phone call.
  • Phone call one hour before the appointment to achieve maximum attendance.
  • Follow up with the prospects who couldn’t/didn’t attend the appointment and try to reschedule them for future date & time
  • Submit call report on a daily basis on number of dials, number of contacts, number of call backs, etc. to the Team Leader.
  • Connect the customer to the product expert
About your experience:
  • 1-2 years outbound telemarketing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word,PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook and basic computer skills
  • Highly organized and strongly self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Someone who isn’t afraid to “pick up the phone and dial”
  • Time management skills
  • Outstanding communicator with strong tele-sales skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
  • College graduate preferred
