And right now, we've been charged with introducing an exceptional Business Development Executive to the Group.

  • Willing to work outside of traditional hours to achieve your goals
  • A quick-learner, with an above-average capacity to persuade through verbal communication
  • Visionary with high 'motivational intensity' and self-discipline
  • Comfortable asserting yourself, without being over-bearing
  • Very sociable and adept in social settings
  • A quick thinker who can adapt their sales pitch to the situation
  • Resilient and generally optimistic - but not easily misled by smoke screens as objections
  • Action-oriented with an intent to encourage forward momentum of prospects?
  • A rsolution-seller, primarily
  • A person with above average levels of independence - self-motivating
  • Someone who has a good 'sixth-sense' - reasonable intuition

If so, we're keen for you to introduce yourself. Especially if, in addition to the above, you have:

  • 5+ years B2B sales success in a non-tangible area (services etc.);
  • A solid network of contacts who trust and respect you;
  • Insightful views on the leadership and business challenges of today;
  • A history of acting as an intra-preneur.
