Job Title

Manager, Business Development

• Purpose of the Market Development team is drive strategic initiatives with issuers (banks and non-banks), acquirers and merchants across the eco-system to grow acceptance through digital acceptance solutions like contactless, QR, eCommerce payments; as well as to launch new use cases in market to displace cash.
• Jobholder will be a digital payments lead for the market and the key responsibility is to identify, own and execute key initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders (account management, product, marketing, operations) and external stakeholders (issuers, acquirers and merchants) to deliver the target outcomes
• Jobholder owns and manages key relationships amongst acquirers, merchants and non-banks

• Develop joint execution plan with external and internal parties for key initiatives

• Own, build and manage relationships amongst acquirers, merchants and non-banks
All About You
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management and executional discipline with proven experience in delivering complex projects and initiatives within target timelines
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence internally and externally to drive otucomes
• Deep understanding of Thailand payment eco-system with strong relationships across issuers, acquirers and merchants
