Role – Business Development Manager (m/w/d)
Technology – Sales and New Business Development (Hunting) / CRL domain
Location – Erlangen / Dusseldorf Germany

What will you do?
As BDM you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the Sales life cycle and will be intensely involved in New business development for our customer retail, CPG and logistic division.
Client relationship management and new business development – managing relationships with key client personnel and CXOs and CXO -1, within client organization and ability to understand the organizational culture of the client.
Review and create sales plan, pursuit plan / business pipeline with leadership to ensure target achievement and hunting new business.
Work closely with the Solution Architect and Delivery team to build customized solutions pitches for the target account.
Track-record of successfully selling (hunting) business solutions in customer retail, CPG and logistic division.
Experience in specific verticals – Consumer Goods, Retail, Logistics primary. Secondary is Services companies / IT service industry (large market)
Knowledge of formalised sales processes (likely understand ‘challenger’ sale)
Experience working within ‘matrix selling’, Major account development and most important - new-enterprise selling – ‘Hunter’ new-business mentality.
Strong knowledge and experience on New Business (Hunting) and extensive work experience with IT service industries.
Strong Business Development (Hunting) / Relationship management / Account management is preferred.
