Business Development Manager

We are looking for someone who will manage our sales pipeline independently, with a deep understanding of the needs of Advertisement, PR, communications industry. Someone who'll be responsible for client fetching and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

● First respondent to client enquiries and complete project pipeline management.
● Setting up and conducting calls and meetings with clients in India and Internationally.
● Scoping projects in consultation with clients and through independent research. Creating approach notes, mood boards, and proposals.
● Building credibility with the client and being a trusted advisor - we do not do "sales".
● Closing the project - meetings, presentations, discussions, negotiations.
● Converting incoming project leads and scouting for and proactively pursuing projects across Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Packaging Design, Space Design and Web/UX Design, across SMEs and Corporates.
● Client on-boarding: Vendor-registration, NDAs, Engagement Contracts, Payments etc.
● Client Relationship Management and regular check-ins to ensure the health of the relationship.

Need to have

● 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing experience in creative services, advertising, events, PR domain.
● Senior marketing executives from education, health care, hospitality sector shall be given additional weight.
● Ability to introduce and sell professional design services to senior stakeholders.
● Ability to identify project opportunities and build account relationships.
● An appreciation and understanding of the dynamics of a Design Studio, of Studio-Client Relationships and decision-making process for design projects.
● Ability to work independently on projects and managing team responsibilities.

Good to have

● Ability to identify opportunities and methods to build thought-leadership in the design space through PR, Media Contributions, Networking etc.
● A solid track record of bringing new business and relationships at the CXO level.
