Title: Enterprise Business Development Manager Location: Singapore

We are looking for experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager as part of our Sales team reporting to Regional Vice President, for South East Asia , Hong Kong and China . This role is based out of our office located in Singapore .

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

80%: Self-generation of opportunity, research and deliver business revenue targets in allocated business areas focusing on enterprise size accounts defined as 200+ employees within the SEA marketplace;

20%: Maintain and grow revenue from existing and new clients as requested by the business including Global Account Contracts and leads provided by Marketing.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Reach monthly revenue targets (performance reviewed quarterly);
  • Develop relationships at all levels within the Enterprise organisation driving a solution sales methodology to ensure maximum success;
  • Combine an in-depth knowledge of company business, products and services with a clear understanding of industry trends to offer differentiated solutions to the client and maximize and grow relationships;
  • Contribute to and participate in achievement of the National Sales Business plan;
  • Identify and close new collaboration opportunities within audio conferencing, web conferencing, webcasting and proprietary products;
  • Create Strategic Sales Account plans where required;
  • Maintain a new business opportunity funnel to support monthly targets;
  • Achieve your new business target as per individual sales budget;
  • Manage the client relationship including solution transition, deployment, user adoption, training and day to day issues;
  • Meet minimum KPI’s as determined with your manager;
  • Weekly & monthly report completion;
  • Maintain accurate record of client contacts and opportunities and to company standard and within the company CRM;
  • Work with key stakeholder groups including Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Operations, Client Services and Global Accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/Degree in any field;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in new business development in the Enterprise space

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills;
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills with proven background in creating and writing presentations/proposals;
  • Software as a Service (SAAS) sales experience preferred ;
  • Experience within the Telecommunications and/ or software, IT services Industry preferred;
  • Demonstrates ability to plan and execute on achievement of individual goals and targets;
  • Develops and implements key account strategies;
  • Researches, prepares and delivers dynamic presentation to clients and prospects;
  • Demonstrates a knowledge of solution sales techniques;
  • Demonstrates knowledge of short and long term sales strategies;
  • Presents good business acumen; in particular with regard to ROI determination of opportunities from Client and Company perspectives;
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency in the sales approach – constantly re-evaluating funnel opportunities;
  • Excellent diplomacy skills with internal stakeholders;
  • Carries out duties autonomously and professionally;
  • Demonstrates leadership through team advocacy and team contribution and focus on results;
