To ensure effective functioning of the ReadyBuild sales function in alignment with business plans. To support in implementation of key interventions & initiatives as planned
- Education: Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience in Techno-commercial sales function of retail products
Mandatory Work Experience in North East Market
- MS Office, Architecture/Design Systems, Communication Skills, Managing team
- MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Experience in Steel Business
- Understanding basic selling techniques and brand management principles
- Good communication skills -working knowledge of English Hindi and proficiency in local language
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationship across different levels.

1. Technical Support & Inputs
- Oversee technical support to consumers & production team, on product, architecture & other related activities.
- Plan & oversee site visits as per requirement to advise customers on construction using Readybuild.
- Oversee customer requirements matches the design details
- Ensure use of CUBE software for guiding the production of ReadyBuild as per customer requirements
- Conduct supervision of ongoing production of Readybuild and drive the team to achieve timelines.
- Ensure After Sales & Pre Sales client visits as per the plan
- Ensure Architect & Engineers visit as per the plan for self and team
- Ensure training for Bar benders on ReadyBuild
- Regularly provide insights to the production & Sales team and drive towards business
Work Experience 7 - 10 Years
Qualification Diploma, B.Tech/B.E
